Tara is a highly accomplished executive with 20+ years of experience in public speaking, broadcast journalism and corporate communications.
As a field reporter with Reuters, Tara covered numerous news stories across the globe including China, Russia and Washington DC. As a HK/China expert she has been interviewed on Live TV for many major US and British networks. As former President of the American Chamber of Commerce HK, Tara is a seasoned speaker on panels, and an expert at moderating events.

Tara has twice been elected as President of the Foreign Correspondents' Club in Hong Kong, the world's second largest press club. She was President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong for over half a decade and held the position of SVP, Corporate Communications and Government Affairs for one of France's largest companies in North America.

Her current goal is to provide people with the crucial skill of communicating at their best, and building thought leadership strategies for CEOs and leading entrepreneurs.

Mayumi Brenner is an Executive Career Coach with over 20 years of experience supporting Japanese professionals who aim to advance their careers in global environments.
She previously served as the Head of a major recruitment firm in Hong Kong and China, where she specialized in executive career development and advised corporate leaders on management challenges in multicultural teams. She has supported thousands of executives in Japan and across Asia in navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Mayumi deeply understands the cultural and communication gaps Japanese professionals often face when working with American teams. Her coaching combines practical cross-cultural insight with real-world leadership experience, helping clients strengthen their executive presence, build strong relationships with local staff, communicate with clarity, and step confidently into leadership roles in the U.S.
